It's that time again...

...I'm looking for good running/work out songs to put on my playlist.

I'm training for this ...
(The 5k, not the half--I wish I was in shape to run the half!)

Doing this training program ...

(ok, so it's not my first 5k but I haven't run consistently in so long that I needed something to get me moving!)

And listening to this...

Warm Up

New Soul - Yael Naim

Love Song - Sara Bareilles

Running

Girlfriend (clean version) - Avril Lavigne

Don't Stop the Music - Rihanna

Makes Me Wonder - Maroon 5

Who Knew (clean version) - Pink

I Don't Wanna Be In Love - Good Charlotte

Everytime We Touch - Cascada

Suddenly I See - KT Tunstall

Cool Down

Hey There Delilah - Plain White T's

No One - Alicia Keys

Anybody have any song recommendations?

Train? What? Next weekend marks my 3rd 1/2 marathon which I will run and not train before hand. Thanks to you, you started this trend in my life. As for songs, I will send you my list via email. This box is to tiny to type in.

Perfect tempo:

Let's Get it Started - Black Eyed Peas

It's my fave workout song ever.

HI,
I am really excited for you! I am kind of bummed right now because my toe means no running, which probably means no races this spring. Personally, good old' Michael Jackson, and some Avril Lavine get me through a couple of miles. I know that sounds lame, but try them out. You might be surprised. "Hot" is a good booster song when you hit a slump.
