It is a Spencer Family tradition that the girls go shopping on Friday and the dads watch the kids. This year we decided to start our shopping early by hitting up the outlet mall at MIDNIGHT on Thanksgiving.
(Luke's sister Lisa, her friend Kara, and Luke's sister Kari)
All I can say was it was CRAZY packed and I will probably never do it again. The lines were insane and NOTHING was worth waiting in line for 30+ minutes. We were back home and in bed by two and up by eight to go shopping again. We met up with the other Spencer girls for our annual lunch at the Olive Garden and then headed home to take naps and recover. Next year we are skipping the shopping and doing pedicures/massages and lunch instead. Oh and the boys hired babysitters so they could have their own outing--skeet shooting.

We had so much fun and can't wait for our next Spencer family get together.

i can't believe you went shopping at midnight! you are crazy! shopping is one thing i don't do the friday after thanksgiving! i don't even leave the house with all those cranky people out fighting to get toys and presents for people. that's pretty funny you went at midnight. we need to chat soon! it's been forever! and can i say you look fabulous?
We are such a fun family. . . Thanks for the memories. we can't wait till we get to see you again, oh wait, 6 days, are you sure you don't want to bring Jordan. We could all take turns babysitting while you frolicked all over NYC Granny S.
