Computer Frustrations.

I'm having computer frustrations. A couple weeks ago out of the blue my Internet started crashing every time I tried to upload pictures to the Internet. It's frustrating. I've tried uploading them to different websites, in different sizes, on different computers, we even went as far as completely clearing and reinstalling my computers operating system and still no dice. Anybody have this happen? Anybody know what my problem is?

SO my blog is boring and there's not much I can do about it. Occasionally I can get it to post a picture but if I get greedy and try and post more it crashes.
