First things first, we hit up the giant slide. About half way down Jordan decided he did NOT like this slide. Click on the second picture to see his reaction = priceless.
Jordan's thinking about starting his own photography business--he's not too bad--we just have to work on centering the subjects.
We got to pets lots of animals. Jordan is a lot like me in that it takes a lot of coaxing and assessing the situation before we will touch an animal.
By the end of the day he was giving the animals big kisses...
...just kidding.
Tom and Courtney were brave enough to do a few of the carnival rides.
Jordan wasn't too excited and worried about his buddy Tom the whole time.
Deep fried twinkies---surprisingly, pretty good.
Jordan begged and begged to go on the trampoline and we had an extra ticket so we let him go for it. He had to wait in line by himself for about 15 minutes which he surprisingly did. Then when it was his turn he climbed up there and let them put the harness on him...although he wasn't too sure about it.
Once he was strapped into the harness he just hung there with this look of "I don't know about this" on his face. The guy lifted him off the trampoline a few feet and then gently started to bounce him. It only took about two bounces before Jordan started screaming. So the guy lowered him down a little bit and then very gently bounced him up and down for the rest of his time. Jordan never smiled and I don't think he even enjoyed it at all. Oh well. :)
Happy to be back on the ground and enjoying a Sweet Martha Cookie. (no we don't drag stuffed animals to the fair nor do we play the carnival games--some sweet lady gave Jordan the puppy)
