Labor Day

THIS is why I bought my car. It's not so I could have lots of kids or drive carpool--it's for moments like these...

Yesterday we packed up the car with beach toys, snorkeling gear, snacks, and friends and headed up north. Luke had read about some great scuba diving lakes 2.5 hours north of us and wanted to go check them out. The lakes are old mine pits that are now filled with crystal clear water and stocked with fish.
The guys had a great time snorkeling around looking for fish and swimming amongst sunken forests and Jordan and I had a great time hanging out on the beaches, digging in the sand, throwing rocks, and splashing in the water.

Catching frogs.

Loving the lake!

Water fights!

Snorkeling.

After two washes, I'm still trying to figure out how to get the mud stains out of his shorts. Any suggestions?

Pretending to call aunt seesaw on the water bottle phone.

Can't wait for Devil's Lake!!!

What's jordan's waterbottle phone number? I wan't to call and see if he is still missing the boat like I am. Your voice mail was hilarious because I could hear him crying in the background. I think your Pilot could tow a boat. Just a though :)
