On the cool down part of my run I let Jordan get out of the stroller and walk. He started picking up EVERY rock in sight. Then when his hands got full he would give all the rocks to me to hold and continue to pick up more. I thought to myself moms of girls get bouquets of flowers and moms of boys get handfuls of rocks--nice.
The last couple days Jordan has been really fun. He is starting to say more words and he loves to tell me stories where he gets so excited and growls and yells and I don't understand what he's saying but he thinks I do, so that's pretty cute. It's also amazing to watch him 'see' things for the first time and get all excited. For example, I used to use this North Face bag as a diaper bag and it has spots for waterbottles on either side of it. I haven't used it in a couple months and yesterday I pulled it out to go to the park. I showed Jordan how he could put his sippy cup in the waterbottle pocket and he just thought that was the coolest thing ever. He kept taking it out and putting it in and had a huge smile on his face.
Last night we met Luke at the park after work and had a great time. The weather is gorgeous right now and we are loving it!

So handsome! I miss that kid. We had way too much fun with him at Christmas. Hope to see you at the family reunion. ;)
So I really think that you guys should move next door to us (via a conversation Ryan and Luke had a few weeks ago). That would be so much fun.
Be thankful he hands the rocks to you, better than throwing them which might be the next phase.
I can't wait to come and play.
