Seattle

Ten days in Seattle is not enough! We had a great time and Jordan LOVED being at Grandma and Grandpa's house.

He got his first haircut...

The girls (and baby Alexander) celebrated my Grandma's birthday with lunch and mani/pedi's...

My mom and I did lots of quilting and shopping...pictures to come.

My dad took Jordan and his cousins to feed/chase the ducks...

We had a great time and both Jordan and I were spoiled!

I have the FONDEST memories feeding the ducks as a child...the geese are the scary ones but the ducks are sweet! Jordan is just a total doll... just know your sweet family thru this blog but enjoy your blog so much...family is the BEST.

Alicia! Welcome back! Thanks for the book recommendation. I am soon off to Ecuador ALONE so I will look forward to reading it as I wait in the airport ALONE and sit on the plane ALONE... ah..can't wait!
btw-- remember how I said you inspired me with painting your IKEA table/chairs?! Well, Kyle being the great hubby that he is, took the kids with him to the gym tonight and left me alone for a couple hours to do as I pleased. So I finally went to Menards and painted them! Cade is thrilled. I'll have to post a picture of my copycat table. 'cept I didn't try any of the fancy blue square stuff... You've got a copyright on that design :-)
