And while I was at it I didn't stop there. I then wrote to Suave to bring back my favorite mousse.

(sidenote: I can still buy remaining stock online but it's kind of ridiculous to spend $4.95 on shipping for something that costs $1.50.)
Then I wrote to Hobby Lobby. Come on guys its 2007 update your pricing system. They are constantly over charging me because they don't use a scan system. With all those sales how are their poor employees supposed to keep up! It is always so frustrating shopping there--but they have great prices...so I'm a sucker and keep going back.
Then I wrote to Southwest and thanked them for their great service. Jordan and I have flown on six different airlines this summer and their service was by far the best--American held a close second.
Now you all may think I have a ton of time on my hands--I don't really. I just figured I should be true to my word and write a few companies. Oh, and I really do want NWA to fix my stroller that they damaged--grrr.

You go girl. You tell em what you think. And if Suave sends you a free crate of moose do you mind sending me the letter so I can change the name and return mailing address? I would greatly appreciate it. Rob my hair guy recommended a $17 moose which makes the $4.50 shipping and handling charge look like a steal of a deal.
This post MADE MY DAY! Seriously. I love it! My husband always tells me that I should be a professional complainer. If I get a pizza that is sub-par and it says on the box quality guaranteed, they are going to hear from me. (As long as you are super nice, they almost always do something to make it up to you. )You'll have to do a followup and let us know what the result of all these letters was! Keep up the good work!
PS- I once got a box of Huggies in which several of the tabs came off. I called Huggies to let them know and a week later- over 80 dollars in free Huggies coupons came in the mail. That was my favorite day. :-)
Hey Steph, if you write Suave make sure you tell them you want mousse and not moose or you will have a big problem on your hands if they send you a crateful.

how i miss that mousse! i know we discussed it when you were here, but this post made me miss it so much more! good for you for writing your letters. i wrote to a restuarant here in salt lake because i loved their soup and when i went on this trip, it was horrible. i'm hoping to get a big bowl of the original recipe in the mail! love you!
Alicia! This post cracked me up. Good for you and once again we have something in common. I used ALWAYS buy that mousse too! I miss it. Their new stuff just doesn't work quite as good. By the way your mom's comment cracked me up!
