Howdy Partner!

Jordan went as a cowboy for halloween. He was kind of cranky so my pictures didn't turn out very good...won't be the last time I'm sure!

We went over to Luke's aunt and uncle's and had chili and cinnamon rolls...mmm!

Jordan went in for his four month appt last friday. He now weighs 13 lbs and is 26" long. He is a tall and skinny baby. I made Luke come with me so he could be in the room when Jordan got his shots--his two month shots were too hard on me. So when it came time for him to get his four month shots I left the room. A few minutes later Luke came out carrying a perfectly content Jordan--they didn't even phase him. The nurse said he didn't even make a peep when they gave him the shots! What a tough kid!
The pediatrician was a little concernced with all of the hemangiomas (red spots) that Jordan has. She said 5 is the magic number (Jordan has 5) and they recommend that babies with 5 or more get an ultrasound of their liver. There is some concern that babies with multiple hemangiomas may have some develop on their liver. So I took him in for his ultrasound yesterday and he HATED it. He was hungry, naked, and cold--poor kid! The results came back good. For the most part the u/s tech couldn't see any BUT Jordan was kind of gassy (must get that from his dad!) and so their was one part of the liver the tech couldn't see. So for now things look good but they want to do a follow-up u/s in a couple of months to keep an eye on things.

And last but not least...I got a job. I am now a part time customer service/instructor at Archivers a scrapbooking store. I started last night and am pretty excited. I'm looking forward to being CREATIVE again and to a nice discount.

Have a great day!
