We spent a lot of time on the boat...
We also did a lot of eating on the boat...
We went out to one of my favorite spots - Alki Beach - and walked along the beach, chased seagulls/pigeons, and ate at Spud's...
We visited the Seattle Aquarium and Pike's Place Market...
Of course a trip to Pike's Place is not complete without having your picture taken with Rachel the pig...
We got to spend Sunday afternoons with my grandma and grandpa.
My parents and I did a Savor Seattle Food Tour of Pike's Place Market and if you are ever in Seattle I HIGHLY recommend doing it (without kids). You learn so many cool things about Pike's Place and you get to sample lots of really good food in the market like smoked salmon, daily dozen doughnuts, crab cakes, clam chowder, seafood bisque, piroshky's, chocolate covered cherries, mac & cheese, and more--yum!
Not pictured are the trips to the Lego store, bringing milk shakes to grandpa at the golf course, playing at the beach, visiting the Bellevue Art Museum, reading books at bedtime with Grandma, feeding the fish, and all the delicious food my mom made. We had a WONDERFUL time and Jordan is already talking about our next trip back. If it wasn't for my parents meeting us at the beach in a few weeks, I don't think I would have been able to come home. We had such a good time with them. Thanks mom and dad!
