I lie.

Tonight we had grilled cheese and tomato soup for dinner. Jordan claims he doesn't like tomatoes although as a one year old he practically drank salsa...go figure. I put a bowl of 'soup' in front of him and he asked me if there was only cheese in there. (he does this with quesadillas and grilled cheese sandwiches too cause he knows I like to stick tomatoes or beans or chicken in them) I lied and said yes it's cheese soup. He ate the entire bowl and said it was good (not good enough for seconds though). If I end up in that really hot place where liars go at least I'll know that it was worth it. I lied and my son ate a serving of vegetables.

I 100% support you in this. I have started slipping veggies into everything to try to get my son to eat them--and he's not even one yet!

cute! hey, you could put a little shredded cheese in it next time and tell him there is cheese soup if it makes you feel better :) Way to feed him healthy food.

The only down side to this is you could end up in that hot place with your mother in law. Yikes. Granny S
