may just be my favorite day of the week now. It's the day Papa Spud's delivers our organic/local produce for the week. Each Friday I go online and choose what I want from what's available and on Tuesday they deliver it. We've been enjoying some great meals lately thanks to our produce deliverys...waffles with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, bruschetta, sweet potato fries, veggie omelets, hummus and veggies, stirfry, berries and yogurt...
P.S. If you like fish you MUST try Trader Joe's mahi mahi in their freezer section. We grilled some up two nights ago and it was AMAZING.

They have a place up here where you order from Seattle and they ship it up twice a month, but the boxes are huge so haven't done it yet.
