Summer!

In some ways I feel like my summer really started today. I did my last activity for activity days this morning and now we are off until school starts in September. That was my one responsibility, if you will, this summer and now I can sit back, relax, and enjoy summer with nothing hanging over my head. Ahhh, it's such a good feeling.

I recently participated in a fun blog swap put on by Ashley. We were to share a few of our favorite things. I got my package in the mail on Monday and before I could even take a picture all the starburst were gone! Lindsey sent me the cutest bag, stationary, ribbon and trim, and CANDY! The best part is all the red and white--I love the color red! Thank you Lindsey! And Ashley for putting the swap together--I hope you do it again, it was so much fun!


Last but not least. Can somebody explain this to me?We live in a huge apartment complex with two courtyards. Our apartment (and MANY others--including the Business offices) look out over this courtyard. I don't get how people could feel comfortable tanning out there! There is a pool in that glassed area but to get to the pool you have to go through two doors and down a hallway so it's not like your lounging by the pool. I guess it would just creep me out to think somebody could be watching me through their apartment window. Anyway, I'm not trying to be mean but I just don't get it.
