Luke found apartments in Minnesota to meet the crazy needs of summer sales and they look nice. You can check them out here. He should be moving out of the extended stay and into our two bedroom (plus a den!) apartment sometime next week--yay! It's crazy to think our apartment will have more sqft. than our current house. Jordan is excited for the indoor swimming pool and I'm excited for my new scrapbook room (the den--hehe--haven't told Luke about that yet). So now that we have an address, you should all come visit--just not all at once.
The house selling is going slow. It's only been on the market three weeks but I'm already sick of keeping my house 'perfectly' clean. We've had five different groups come through and two couples are trying to make a decision between ours and another. I finally got through to our M.I.A. realtor on Monday and complained and now things are starting to change. Her assistant has already called me twice today with updates. We have a open house this weekend--cross your fingers.
I think the age that Jordan is right now (nine months today) is so far my favorite. He is so cute and curious and fun to be around. He is pulling up and standing against everything. When I'm in the kitchen doing dishes or cooking he will pull up on my pants--and today when I was making breakfast after I exercised he tried to pull up on my bare calves--OUCH! He doesn't understand 'no' yet so he is constantly sticking dog food in his mouth at his grandparents house but he's so cute that you can't get mad or frustrated. I have taken some very cute pictures and will post when I get that darn camera cord back.
As for me I am busy keeping up with Jordan, selling the house, and finishing up work. My last day is Saturday the 7th and I'm sad but also a bit relieved. It will be nice to slow down a bit.
Luke has been up in Minneapolis for about a week now and seems to be doing well. He celebrated his birthday all by himself at TGIFridays--sad! But don't worry he has already played basketball three times now and has plans to play again Wed and Thurs night--so despite being all alone up there--he has his basketball and he is happy.
Off to bed--hope to post pictures soon!
